【摘要】:1DescriptionofthemachinesThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofshieldmachinesandassociatedbackupequipment,thrustboringmachines,augerboringmachinesandliningerectionequipment.Itspecifiestheessentialsafetyrequirementsforthedesign,installation,maintenance,andinformationforuseofsuchmachines.Shieldmachinesandassociatedbackupequipmentinclude:—openshieldsforbothmanualandmechanicalexcavation;—shieldedtunnelboringmachines;—microtunnellingmachines;—towedorstationarybackupequipment;—pipejackingequipment.Allshieldmachinesprovidelateralandradialgroundsupport.Inadditiontheymayprovidevarioustypesoffacesupportandgroundwatercontrol(seeClause3).Certainassociatedmattersarenotincludedinthescopeofthestandard:—additionalequipmentwhichmayformanintegralpartofashieldmachineorbackupequipmentandisusedforcompressedair(hyperbaric/plenum)working(seeEN12110:2002);—useunderhyperbaricconditions;—thesupplyofelectricityuptothemachine;—ancillarytoolsandequipmentusedfor,atoronthemachine;—electromagneticcompatibility;—loadingandtransportequipmentwhichisnotanintegralpartofthemachine,e.g.rollingstock,manriders,groutcars,segmentcars,muckcars.NOTEWithintheEuropeanUnionDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentdocumentisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.2HazardsThisEuropeanStandarddealswithsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoshieldmachinesandassociatedbackupequipment,thrustboringmachinesandaugerboringmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).3ValidityThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
