【摘要】:ThispartofISO230specifiesdiagonaldisplacementtestswhichallowestimationofthevolumetricperformanceofamachinetool.Completetestingofthevolumetricperformanceofamachinetoolisadifficultandtime-consumingprocess.Diagonaldisplacementtestsreducethetimeandcostassociatedwithtestingthevolumetricperformance.Adiagonaldisplacementtestisnotinitselfadiagnostictest,althoughconclusionsofadiagnosticnaturemaysometimesbepossiblefromtheresults.Inparticular,whenfacediagonaltestsareincluded,adirectmeasurementoftheaxessquarenessispossible.Diagonaldisplacementtestsonbodydiagonalsmaybesupplementedbytestsinthefacediagonals,bytestsparalleltothemachineaxesinaccordancewithISO230-2,orbytheevaluationofthecontouringperformanceinthethreecoordinateplanesasdefinedinISO230-4.Diagonaldisplacementtestsmaybeusedforacceptancepurposesandasreassuranceofmachineperformancewhereparametersofthetestareusedascomparisonindex.
