【摘要】:Themajorobjectiveofthispracticeistoprovideacommonreferencedocumentforbothapplicantsandcertificationauthoritiesontheacceptedpracticesforaccomplishingpackagethermalqualification.Detailsandmethodsforaccomplishingqualificationaredescribedinthisdocumentinmorespecificdetailthanavailableintheregulations.Methodsthathavebeenshownbyexperiencetoleadtosuccessfulqualificationareemphasized.Possibleproblemsandpitfallsthatleadtounsatisfactoryresultsarealsodescribed.Theworkdescribedinthisstandardpracticeshallbedoneunderaqualityassuranceprogramthatisacceptedbytheregulatoryauthoritythatcertifiesthepackageforuse.ForpackagescertifiedintheUnitedStates,10CFR71SubpartHshallbeusedasthebasisforthequalityassurance(QA)program,whileforinternationalcertification,ISO9000usuallydefinestheappropriateprogram.Thequalityassuranceprogramshallbeinplaceandfunctioningpriortotheinitiationofanyphysicaloranalyticaltestingactivitiesandpriortosubmittalofanyinformationtothecertifyingauthority.Theunitsystem(SImetricorEnglish)usedforthermalqualificationshallbeagreeduponpriortosubmissionofinformationtothecertificationauthority.IfSIunitsaretobestandard,thenuseIEEE/ASTMSI-10.Additionalunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationpurposesonly.1.1Thispracticedefinesdetailedmethodsforthermalqualificationofx201C;TypeBx201D;radioactivematerialspackagesunderTitle10,CodeofFederalRegulations,Part71(10CFR71)intheUnitedStatesor,underInternationalAtomicEnergyAgencyRegulationTS-R-1.Undertheseregulations,packagestransportingwhataredesignatedtobeTypeBquantitiesofradioactivematerialshallbedemonstratedtobecapableofwithstandingasequenceofhypotheticalaccidentswithoutsignificantreleaseofcontents.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.

【摘要】:1Thisstandardcontainstherequirementsforsafetyforthedesignandinstallationofmachineswithonemovablebridgeforcuttingofflatglass,whichoperatebyscoringoftheglassplacedonahorizontalsupport.Thisstandardcoversthetransportoftheglassonthemachine.2Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoflatglasscuttingmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazards.Hazardsfromnoisearenotconsideredtobesignificant.3Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoflatglasscuttingbyabrasivecuttingorbytheuseofhighpressureliquidorlasers.4Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoloadingandunloadingofflatglassontoorfromcuttingmachinesandthebreakingout(seeprEN13035-5andprEN13035-6).5Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoconveyors(seeEN619)andfansasusedasintegralpartsofthemachinery.Iftherearespecificrisksthatariseinconnectionwithflatglasscuttingmachines,appropriatemeasuresarespecified.6Thisstandarddoesnotapplytocuttingoflaminatedglass(seeprEN13035-7).7Thisstandarddoesnotapplytocuttingwhiletheglassismoving.8ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachinerywhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
